Ensure the following are ready for submission:
| 1.Admission Form: Fully completed and signed. |
| 2.Identification:Clear scan of your NRIC or ID Card. |
| 3.Photo:One recent ID-Sized colour photo. |
| 4.Academic History:Certificates and transcripts relevant to your level of study [BBA, MBA, or DBA] must be submitted. |
| 5.Doctoral Requirement:DBA candidates must include a Research Proposal [using the Twintech template]. |

| 2.Identification:Clear scan of your Passport (Passport must be valid for at least 18 months from the intended date of entry. Scans must include first and last pages). |
| 3.Photo:One recent ID-Sized colour photo. |
| 4.Academic History:Certificates and transcripts relevant to your level of study [BBA, MBA, or DBA] must be submitted. |
| 5.Doctoral Requirement:DBA candidates must include a Research Proposal [using the Twintech template]. |

| 1.Submission:Email all required documents to [email protected]. |
| 2.Review:Twintech conducts an academic and document eligibility review. |
| 3.Offer:Successful applicants receive an Admission Letter and Payment Notice. |
| 4.Payment:Student settles tuition and miscellaneous fees as per the notice. |

| 5.Visa Approval (VAL):Twintech facilitates the EMGS Visa Approval Letter (VAL) |
| 6.Entry Visa:Student applies for a Single Entry Visa (SEV) at the nearest Malaysian Embassy/Consulate. |
| 7.Arrival:Student travels to Malaysia. |
| 8.Medical Check:Student undergoes a mandatory physical examination within 7 days of arrival. |
| 9.Student Pass:Final endorsement of the valid Student Visa is completed. |

Note:
All published fees are exclusive of Sales and Services Tax (SST). A 6% SST will be applied to international students’ fees.

Note:
This management policy has been effective since May 2024, and Twintech International University College of Technology reserves the right to amend or revise the policy at any time.
Attachment document
The school has established a complete education system from undergraduate to doctoral level. The curriculum is fully aligned with international standards and all courses are taught in English.
