The Counselling Department provides professional, confidential and supportive counselling services to students and staff. The department aims to promote emotional well-being, personal development, healthy relationships, positive coping skills and overall psychological wellness within the institution.

Our Services

Counselling services are available to individuals who may be experiencing personal, academic, work-related, emotional, social or other concerns that affect their well-being or functioning,such as:

Homesickness

Loneliness and adjustment difficulties due to being away from home, potentially affecting sleep, appetite, or work efficiency.

Emotional disturbances

Persistent anxiety, depression, anger, or mood swings that are hard to regulate and interfere with daily life.

Academic/Work challenges

Feelings of inadequacy or low motivation caused by exam pressure, time management issues, career uncertainty, or workplace conflicts.

Personal growth

Confusion and adjustment needs regarding self-awareness, self-esteem, life goals, or major life transitions.

Relationship issues

Communication breakdowns, conflicts, or social isolation with family, friends, classmates, or colleagues, requiring improved interaction patterns.

Stress management

Accumulated pressure from academic, work, or life domains leading to exhaustion or avoidance behaviours, requiring effective coping strategies.

Warm reminder

The school has established a complete education system from undergraduate to doctoral level. The curriculum is fully aligned with international standards and all courses are taught in English.
