MASTER OF EDUCATION (EDUCATION MANAGEMENT)

Programme Overview

The Master of Education (Education Management) programme is built on the premise that effective educational institutions require visionary leadership alongside meticulous administrative management. Positioned at MQA Framework Level 7, this programme bridges the gap between educational theory and real-world executive management.

We believe that modern educational leaders must be agile strategists, analytical problem solvers, and culturally literate administrators. By cultivating skills in data-driven governance, resource management, and organisational development, this curriculum empowers future administrators to navigate evolving global academic climates, cultivate inclusive learning ecosystems, and drive sustainable academic excellence.
