Key Intake & Entry Requirements Information:

Intake Periods:

 

Malaysian students&International students:
Undergraduate & Postgraduate (Master’s): January, May, September
Doctoral (DBA/PhD): Applications are open monthly and can be processed on a rolling basis.
Application Deadline: All application materials must be submitted at least two (2) months before the intended semester start date.
Minimum Entry Requirements：
  • UEC/A-level/STPM or equivalent overseas high school qualification with credits in science subjects.
  • Or SPM/O-Level qualification undergo appropriateprerequisite courses.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in business or related fields, with aminimum CGPA of 2.50.
  • OR candidates without a Bachelor’s Degree in the relatedfeld must undergo appropriateprerequisite courses.
  • A Master’s Degree acceptedby the Senate.
  • OR other qualifcations equivalentto a Master’s Degree that isaccepted by the Senate.

Required Application Documents for Twintech:

1.Twintech Application for Admission Form (Attachment document )
2.ID card Scan (Passport must be valid for at least 18 months from the intended date of entry. Scans must include first and last pages).
3.One (1) ID-Sized Color Photograph (The photo must be clear, with a white background, sized 3.5 cm x 5 cm, and provided in digital format).
4.High School Qualifications and Graduation Certificates & Degree Certificates for Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees
5.Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Academic Transcript(s) (Notarized copies in both local language and English).

Additional Notes for Specific Cases:

  • Current Students: Applicants who are currently studying must submit their final graduation certificate and complete academic transcripts upon receipt.
  • Doctoral (PhD) Applicants: Must provide a Research Proposal for the doctoral phase (Please use the provided template).

3.One (1) Passport-Sized Color Photograph (The photo must be clear, with a white background, sized 3.5 cm x 5 cm, and provided in digital format).
4.High School Qualifications and Graduation Certificates &Degree Certificates for Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees for both Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees (Notarized copies in both Chinese and English).
5.Master’s and Bachelor’s Degree Academic Transcript(s) (Notarized copies in both local language and English).
6.Proof of English Language Proficiency:
For Master’s/Doctoral (Postgraduate) applicants: IELTS 6.0 / TOEFL iBT 60 / Linguaskill (Link) 169 / Pearson PTE 59 / MUET Band 4
For Bachelor’s (Undergraduate) applicants: IELTS 5.5 / TOEFL iBT 46 / Linguaskill (Link) 160 / Pearson PTE 51 / MUET Band 4.

Additional Notes for Specific Cases:

  • International students need to submit Online Verification Report of Higher Education Qualification Certificate OR Authentication Report of Higher Education Qualification
  • Doctoral (PhD) Applicants: Must provide a Research Proposal for the doctoral phase (Please use the provided template).

4. Apply for EMGS Student visa return letter
5.Go through the immigration formalities
6. Physical examination at school
7.Apply for an electronic student visa

Note: 

1. Tuition and miscellaneous fees shall be paid according to the academic year, and the actual exchange rate on the payment date shall prevail; Tuition and miscellaneous fees will be slightly adjusted every year, based on the standard of the year of enrollment.
Total tuition and miscellaneous fees include tuition, application fee, registration fee, international student management fee and visa fee.
If you withdraw from school due to student reasons after offer is issued, the application fee and registration fee will not be refunded; After enrollment, students who withdraw from school for own reasons will be subject to the refund management regulations of the university.
