Senior Management team from the ICMS [ International University College of Management and Sports] Petaling Jaya visited Twintech International University College of Technology on 21 November 2025. The delegation was received by Professor Dr Selvaraj Oyyan Pillay, Ms Zhang Jinyun (Director of Operations), Mr Beta Chen (Marketing Manager) and Ms Pei Yaqi (Media Head).
International University College of Management and Sports (ICMS) established in 2006 is wholly owned by ICMS Education Group Sdn Bhd formerly known as Cyberlynx International College which is a private institution of higher learning licensed by the Malaysian Ministry of Education since 2006.The ICMS delegation was led by their Chief Operating Officer Mr Raj Kumar and accompanied by Dr Pramila Hari (Chief Executive), Mr Tuan Hanif Naim (Vice President – Academic), Professor Dr Syed Kadir (Director of Research) and Mr Deeban (Registrar) .
International University College of Management and Sports (ICMS) is currently delivering Certificate, Diploma, Degree and Master programmes in various disciplines such as football studies, business, fashion, computer science, criminal justice, policing & investigation, security management, enforcement management, digital marketing, early childhood education and occupational safety & health.
The delegates were impressed with our campus facilities. They were happy with the visit arrangements and explored for potential collaboration and institutional partnerships with Twintech. The discussion centred around expanding academic pathways, strengthening research opportunities, and creating meaningful industry-driven programmes that benefit both institutions.

This visit marks an important step towards building stronger networks within Malaysia’s higher education ecosystem, and we look forward to developing impactful initiatives together for the benefit of our students, staff and communities. Areas of possible collaborations highlighted in the preliminary discussion are :
- Possible use of Twintech’s facilities for their programmes esp. the Moot Court and the Auditorium
- Joint research publication in areas of management, IT, business and education.
- Staff exchange programme.
- Joint certification training programmes
- Cross selling of academic programmes by both institutions.

Following the discussions, representatives from both sides posed for a commemorative photo. Ms. Zhang, Director of the General Administration Office of Twintech, presented the ICMS delegation with university-branded merchandise as a memento, symbolizing the strong friendship between the two institutions and their shared hopes for future collaboration.
