Responsible for brand promotion, image building, and student recruitment. They create promotional materials, manage social media, organize open days, and conduct market research to attract prospective students and parents.
Human Resource Department
Manages all matters related to faculty and staff. This includes recruitment, onboarding, payroll and benefits, performance evaluations, employee relations, professional development, and maintaining personnel policies.
Registrar's Office
Handles core academic records. Their duties include course registration, student enrollment status management, recording and issuing grades, producing official transcripts and certificates, exam scheduling, and graduation audit.
Finance Department
Manages the school’s finances. They collect tuition fees, handle payments, manage the school’s budget, conduct financial accounting and auditing, and oversee staff payroll.
Visa Department / International Student Office
Serves international students specifically. They issue official documents for visa applications (e.g., I-20 or CAS), provide visa guidance, handle visa-related legal matters (like SEVIS compliance), and organize orientation programs to help international students adjust.
Academic Affairs Office
Manages the core teaching and learning functions. This involves curriculum development, faculty teaching assignments, teaching quality supervision, textbook selection, academic policy formulation, and organizing research activities.
Student Services Department
ocuses on students’ overall development and well-being. They provide psychological counseling, career planning, accommodation services, organize extracurricular activities, manage scholarships and financial aid, and address various life issues students encounter.
Logistics Department
Ensures the smooth operation and maintenance of school facilities. They manage campus property, facility maintenance, security, cleaning, catering services, and procurement.
