Professor Dr Selvaraj Oyyan Pillay Vice President/Deputy Vice Chancellor at the International Conference on “Environment, Technology, Work, Life & Transactions: The Asian Focus for Global Emergence” held at JW Marriot Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City @ Saigon, Vietnam on 30th October 2025.
This event is the 6th Chapter of the Asian Integration Initiative Series of Borderless Asia, organised by EIILM-Kolkata in collaboration with University of Economics & Finance Vietnam, SEGI University & Colleges Malaysia and Universitas Pancasakti Tegal (UPS), Indonesia.

The Organising Chairman & Director of this International Conference on Asia Integration is Professor Dr R.P Banerjee who had visualised and conceptualised the issue of Asian Integration through driving the conceptual force of borderless Asia from 2016 involving leading scholars, practitioners, academic researchers and business community in Asian region. Delegates from 14 nations attended this year’s event at HCMC Vietnam and included speakers from Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Taiwan, Australia, Cambodia, Mongolia, Uzbekistan, Singapore, Philippines, Sri Lanka, India, Poland and Russia.The International Conference on Asia Integration was officiated by Mr Le Thang Loi, Director of the Southern Center for Education and Training Development, Ministry of Education & Training Vietnam and later he delivered the Keynote Address too.
Professor Dr Selvaraj Oyyan Pillay, Vice President / Deputy Vice Chancellor also delivered a keynote address at the conference and spoke on the how the Asia Integration Conference is very much aligned to the ASEAN Summit 2025 Kuala Lumpur, calling for Asia Economies to join hands to create a homogeneous and collective force for a sustainable and winning business propositions. He noted that the International Asia Integration Conference and the ASEAN Summit converge on the critical drivers for Asia’s rile in the 21st Century Global Order towards borderless Asia with sustainable Development and Digital Transformation.
Thereafter the Keynote Address, one behalf of Twintech international University College of Technology, Professor Dr Selvaraj Oyyan Pillay signed a Memorandum of Understanding with EIIL Business School – Kolkata. The MoU will focus on collaborative research projects and exchange of research & teaching personnels between two institutions.
