Blended Learning Design: The total 64 credit hours for each course are strictly divided into 32 online hours and 32 offline hours.
Online Phase: Through a leading online learning platform, participants complete self-directed learning and preliminary discussions on theoretical frameworks, classic cases, and foundational knowledge, fully preparing for deep offline interaction.
Offline Phase: Returning to campus, under the guidance of professors, participants engage in deep case analysis, group debates, practical simulations, and specialized workshops.
