This program is designed for those seeking to advance their career in business and management. For those who have already embarked on their careers, this program offers the opportunity to reflect on their managerial experience and extend their knowledge in new areas.

MBA Curriculum System:

The MBA curriculum is built around the core value chain of enterprises and key decision-making areas, emphasizing knowledge integration and decision-making effectiveness.Lays the foundation for the MBA thesis, training students in the scientific thinking required to systematically define problems, collect data, and conduct analysis.

Blended Learning Design: The total 64 credit hours for each course are strictly divided into 32 online hours and 32 offline hours.

Online Phase: Through a leading online learning platform, participants complete self-directed learning and preliminary discussions on theoretical frameworks, classic cases, and foundational knowledge, fully preparing for deep offline interaction.

Offline Phase: Returning to campus, under the guidance of professors, participants engage in deep case analysis, group debates, practical simulations, and specialized workshops. The focus is on strategy generation and decision-making training for solving complex problems, achieving the internalization and sublimation of knowledge.
