Entry Requirement

• Pass SPM or its equivalent and achieve 3 credits in at least two of the following subjects: Biology, Physics, Chemistry or Mathematics and a pass in English for the relevant candidates; AND
• Pass in Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent with pass in English, Mathematics and any Science/ Technical/ Vokasional subjects; OR
• Pass in Diploma in Building Surveying with CGPA 2.5 or more; OR
• Pass in Diploma in Building Built Environment with CGPA 2.5 or more; OR
• Pass accredited Foundation Program in Science/ Technology subjects with CGPA 2.5 or more; OR
• Pass Matriculation Program in Science awarded by Ministry of Higher Education with CGPA 2.5 or more; OR
• Other equivalent qualifications recognized by Malaysia Government.
